The pay plan operated by Numis Network is a binary system which can be quite complicated to understand. The potential earnings from such a system is hugh. The fact that this comp plan has the potential of ‘spillover’ payments gets newbie’s in MLM very excited and often recruiters will leverage this aspect to encourage people to sign up. To avoid being mislead with regards to this ‘spillover’ concept you should research it carefully so you know exactly what is required in order to actually benefit from spillovers. Generally speaking though if you have the methods in place to recruit large numbers of people you will do very well out of it.

Training videos for all new distributors are available in the system according to Mike Mezack. What is quite strange is that you will be asked to pay for your marketing education, normally an mlm company will offer its training for free so this is a little strange. If the truth be known and you are relying on the training from Numis you have a hard journey ahead of you. Basic tools are provided such as training videos on the graded coin industry, standard affiliate webpage and back office.

Just promoting a replicated website just is not going to cut it I’m afraid. Self branding and relationship building is barely covered in their training modules, lead generation training left a lot to be desired and someone new who just uses the conventional methods is unlikely to get the success they desire.
